Yes, many BUG products are released in limited quantities. Some items may not be restocked after they sell out.
05 — does adding an item to cart reserve it?
No. Adding an item to cart does not reserve it. Your item is only confirmed after the order is placed and accepted.

Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds — EGP unless stated otherwise.

Yes, BUG currently delivers within Egypt unless stated otherwise on the website.
08 — how long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location, courier performance, order volume, holidays, weather, and other factors outside our control.

09 — can i change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped yet, we may be able to help.
Once an order is shipped, changes may not be possible.

Items must usually be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and in original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.
12 — can i exchange for another size?
Size exchanges depend on stock availability. Because BUG products may be limited, we cannot guarantee that the same size, color, or item will be available.
13 — what if i receive a wrong or defective item?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a suitable solution.

Shipping, cash collection, and payment processing fees may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by BUG or required by law.

16 — will colors look exactly like the photos?
We try to show colors as accurately as possible, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, photography, or device settings.
