We want you to be satisfied with your BUG order. Please read this policy before requesting a return or exchange.
01 — eligibility
To request a return or exchange, the item must be:

- —unwashed
- —unused
- —undamaged
- —free from perfume, stains, marks, pet hair, or signs of wear
- —in its original condition
- —with all tags, labels, packaging, dust bags, boxes, or accessories included where applicable
02 — exchange conditions
Size, color, or product exchanges depend on stock availability.
Because BUG products may be limited, we cannot guarantee that the same item, size, or color will be available for exchange.
If the requested exchange is unavailable, we may offer another available option or a refund according to the case.
03 — return conditions
Returns may be accepted if the item meets our policy requirements and the request is made within the allowed return period.
Items that do not meet the required condition may be rejected and returned to the customer.
04 — non-returnable items
Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange, including:

- —damaged items caused by the customer

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, BUG will arrange a suitable solution such as exchange, replacement, refund, or store credit depending on availability and the case.
07 — shipping fees
Shipping, return shipping, cash collection, and payment processing fees may not be refundable unless the issue was caused by BUG or required by law.
If the return or exchange is due to customer preference, size choice, wrong address, or failed delivery, the customer may be responsible for extra shipping fees.
08 — refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the available refund method.
Refund timing may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or payment method.
