01 — products

BUG products may include clothing, apparel, accessories, limited-edition items, collaborations, packaging items, and other brand-related products.

Products may be released as limited drops, capsule collections, seasonal drops, pre-orders, or selected stock releases.

Because some products are limited, sold-out items may not be restocked.

We try to display product colors, details, sizes, materials, and fits as accurately as possible. However, colors and details may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, photography, or production.

Small differences in measurements, fabric feel, print placement, embroidery, wash, finishing, trims, labels, packaging, or texture may happen as part of production.

02 — orders

When placing an order, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, email, address, product, size, color, and quantity.

BUG may refuse, cancel, or limit any order if the product is unavailable, payment fails, information is incorrect, the customer cannot be reached, the order appears fraudulent, or there is a stock, pricing, or product information error.

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it. The order is only confirmed after it is successfully placed and accepted.

03 — pricing & payment

All prices are shown in EGP unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice. The price confirmed at checkout applies to your order.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. BUG does not store full card details.

04 — shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier performance, location, public holidays, order volume, weather, incorrect customer details, or circumstances outside our control.

The customer is responsible for providing correct delivery information and answering delivery calls.

05 — returns & exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Because BUG products may be limited, exchanges depend on stock availability.

06 — intellectual property

All BUG content belongs to BUG, including the brand name, logo, product designs, graphics, photos, videos, labels, packaging, campaigns, collection names, slogans, website content, and social media content.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, imitate, modify, manufacture, distribute, or use BUG content or products for commercial purposes without written permission.

07 — user content

If you tag BUG, send us photos, reviews, videos, messages, or feedback, you allow BUG to repost, share, edit, display, or use that content for marketing, social media, website, advertising, or brand purposes.

08 — prohibited use

You may not use our website or services to commit fraud, break the law, upload harmful code, attack the website, scrape data, impersonate others, abuse discounts, misuse limited drops, infringe BUG's rights, or harass our team, couriers, partners, or customers.

09 — third-party services

BUG may use third-party services for payments, delivery, hosting, analytics, advertising, communication, and order management.

We are not responsible for failures, delays, outages, or policies of third-party services, but we will try to help where possible.

10 — limitation of liability

BUG is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, delivery delays caused by third parties, screen color differences, sizing choices, care mistakes, or issues outside our control.

Our maximum responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, unless required otherwise by Egyptian law.

11 — governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt.
